If your device is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for returns and replacements.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the Chessnut board, pieces, and all charging cables in the original packaging to prevent damage to the sensitive electronic sensors during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you retain a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and electronic functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
